Legacy Studios aims to print and ship orders within 2 weeks of the order being placed. Tracking information will not be available until your order has finished processing and has shipped.
Please note that pre-orders do not include tracking information. Most pre-orders are bulk shipped to the school and are typically distributed within 4 weeks after picture day.
For eligible shipped orders, you can use our Track My Package feature to locate your tracking information. You will need:
- Your order number, which can be found on your receipt
- The last name of the person who placed the order
Some orders are initially shipped through UPS and later transferred to USPS for final delivery. Once the package transitions to USPS, additional tracking updates may no longer be available.

- Some items may ship separately, especially larger products, as they may be produced and shipped from different facilities
