To reschedule/cancel your appointment, open your confirmation email and click “View Appointment Details.”
From there, you can modify or cancel your appointment up until 12 hours before your scheduled session.
Please note:
- Changes made less than 12 hours in advance will result in a fee equal to 100% of the sitting fee
- Missed appointments without prior notice will also result in a 100% charge of the sitting fee
