If you’re unable to locate your student’s images, please check the following:
- Galleries are typically available 2–3 weeks after picture day
- Make sure you are using the correct Access Code
- Try using our Find My Code tool to locate your student’s gallery
- Confirm the spelling of your student’s name (it may differ from what was submitted by the school)
