To request a return, exchange, or retouch, please mail your original photo package back to us with the required information and return shipping payment.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping fees:
- $6 for underclass orders
- $16 for senior portrait orders
Payment can be included as cash or a check made payable to Legacy Studios.
What to include with your return:
To avoid delays, please include a note with:
- Student’s name
- School name
- Your return address
- Order number
- Reason for return (exchange, refund, or retouching)
- Any specific instructions (for example, background change or retouch request)
You may place the photos in a regular envelope.
Important notes:
- Retouching is available for an additional fee per image. Please include your request and we will confirm pricing before processing
- Digital downloads are not eligible for return or refund
- Packages that include a digital download are not eligible for refund
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
